I haven't done much lately as we have been gone watching the girls play baseball. We have a double header tonight and then the last game tomorrow night!! A whirlwind two weeks and 10 games. So here are some that I have done lately and just haven't posted.

Our Creative Corner Dry Embossing Challenge

At Our Creative Corner the challenge was dry embossing. So, I got out my old blue Fiskars embossing plates and decide to do the waves by hand with a stylus, Then I decided why don't you figure out how to use the blue plates in your cuttlebug and save your poor hand!! DUH!!! So I did, so here is mine. I got this Tilda from Nicola and love her.

This weeks Our Creative Corner inspiration challenge was based on a dining room picture so here is my take on it. I do not know where I got this stamp but I love the saying. The papers are all Close To My Heart.

Ok, I did it, but with a flair. I used CTMH set Dainty for this one and it is really busy, but I like it. And then I turned the one stamped square different than the others.

HAPPY 14TH BIRTHDAY GIRLS

Today is our girls' 14th birthday. So hard to imagine 14 years ago at 5:01 am Catie appeared and at 5:21 am Cis finally showed up. I am still waiting on that girl!!!!lol So, Happy Birthday girlies - Mom and Dad love ya!!!!! Have a wonderful day. Little did Dad and I know that day we walked down the aisle to Garth Brooks singing Two of a Kind Workin on a full house that it would truly come true!!! All because two people fell in love!!!!!!!! _Update- Catie is on the left with the rounder cheeks, Cis is on the right!!! Oh and that is Keith with lots of hair and no gray in it then!! LOL

Well, it is finally the 4th of July. Hope everyone here has a great and safe day. We will be playing pyro's this afternoon and evening. Here are two cards I did. I actually did 4, but the other two got sent off to my cousins Jani and Kari for their birthday which was yesterday.
