Stamp Something Challenge using green

I was asked to make some invitations for a wedding shower and this is what I came up with. It is using sage green as that is one of her colors. I decided it would work for Stamp Somethings
challenge using green.

Since I haven't done anything in weeks due to re adjusting to having a baby four days a week- it is wonderful, she is a happy girl and I am treasuring every second just like with the boys - and also the girls having fast pitch practice 6 days a week- games start next week - I decided to share what Cissy is doing. She is making a scrapbook for one of her classes about her and her personality. This kid is a hoot!! She has the goofiest sense of humor and has fun. So here are her first two pages.

Not much cardmaking going on here

I haven't been doing much card making or crafts, this is one of the reasons why, Baby Kayla. She is my great great niece who is 4 months old and while her Granma's shoulder heals, she gets to come play with the boys and me.

The She Goes Bling Challenge

I love this little dragonfly from There She Goes and so I decided to use it for the Bling Challenge. I sewed the lines then added some crystals and walah, there it is!!!

Flowabella Congrats

I had some images from my friend Katie so I used Flowabella to make a congratulations card. I love how bright she is.

In loving memory . . . . .

My cousin's son Myles, left us on Monday to be in God's loving arms. I had not yet gotten to meet this little man and I am so sorry for that but his smile will be in my heart forever.

Not a thing to upload

I have had a busy week and I have nothing to post!! LOL
I have actually been working on a hand embroidered set of pillowcases for my niece - it was supposed to be a wedding present- they got married last year!! LOL

Give Me A Buzz

At Jeans Art Dolls they had a card sketch challenge which I thought would be fun to make using my new set of Stamps from There She Goes called Bug Me Anytime. This is a great set.

Charlie again!!

Here is Charlie again, can you tell I like Charlie? I actually did some sewing on this card- my poor machine has no idea what is happening. No use for years and then now on paper instead of fabric!! LOL

Clear Dollar Stamps Blog Candy Challenge

On Lori's blog, ClearlyiStamp from
Clear Dollar Stamps she gave a challenge to "Create a card, scrapbook page, or project using Clear Dollar Stamps LLC ". So, of course I had to take part. I love her Charlie Horse!!! I used my Charlie Fenced in and ran over to my friend Katie's and borrowed the Critters Barn, Wood grain stamp and Charlie Frolic. I have been saving plastic frosting containers to make pen and pencil holders and thought this would be fun to use the Charlie's.

I thought that this pen holder and card would go to our friends who on Wednesday nights during the summer have a program that is geared towards Elementary age kids and under but everyone is welcome to come, ride horses, feast on hot dogs and learn about Cactus Jack through a bible story. We end the night with Smores around the campfire. It is a wonderful experience for us all and my girls spent last summer taking care of the horses and leading and riding with the little kids.

JADs Card Sketch Challenge

Happy Birthday Travis

My cousin's husband's birthday is Tuesday so I made him this card and sent it off to me. It was with the Stampin' Up Loads of Love truck, which is actually his wife's stamp set, and I had to add a little red for rust on it. The cupcake is a little tiny set I have that I am not sure where I got it at. The birthday wishes is from the Chelsea sentiments by Inkadinkado.

There She Goes ATC

Kelli on Splitcoast is hosting an ATC swap for There She Goes stamps. Since I have one set of Jessica's stamps, I thought it would be fun to do and then at the same time see some of the other sets and how they look. So, I joined and here is my ATC. (Updated to say this picture stinks, I will never figure out this camera)

Pink and Chocolate Valentine

In my blog travels, I like to find blogs where the bloggers use CTMH stamps and papers as I belong to a CTMH stamp club. So, in the blogging world, I found Shyra. She was having her own challenge to use pink, chocolate, flowers and brads (oh and cardstock) so since I am making 22 Valentines and am tired of red, I went to pink, so I threw in some chocolate and flowers!!

The stamps are from CTMH's new Key To My Heart stamp and paper set and the papers are from More to Adore.
